After that laptop dropped in bootloop and after while and next 24hours working properly without any problems - memtest passed, what can caused this?

Looks to be a defective LCD panel.

Memtest will only test the memory on the logic board. The LCD is a standalone component which the logic board is unable to test but can communicate with using MIPI, LVDS, eDP, etc. interface pins. In the end, the logic board will spit out data (after configuration) and the LCD panel must do its job to display the sent bitmaps.

Does the laptop work normally with an external monitor?

it work normally even on built in display, this was just one situation - now, while testing in 12-13 hours works without any problem. trying to bent lcd cable or laptop screen wing nothing happening.

Issue could be a defective interface cable between the LCD panel and the logic board or mating connectors. The LCDs are not flexible so avoid from bending them else the display will be permanently damaged.

Inspect the connectors and look for possible liquid damage / corrosion.
