Check this out for a catastrophic failure of the PCH on this 820-00165 board.
PP3V3_S5 had a 11 ohm short to ground and the PCH +1.05V coil was dead short. Took off the heatsink...didn't expect to see the cap completely shattered.
There was some bug crap and liquid ingress over the board. There was something stuck to that 2.2 ohm resistor on the 1.05V buck converter. But the real damage I believe was the crap on U7501, as those pins were for the feedback for PP3V3_S5.
Initially I thought this was a board destroyed by bug shit, but the trackpad is also not working so more likely a spill.
