Anyways, from your first picture it looks like you have a shorted Capacitor (BadCap
)
Remove it or replace it and test again, because right now it is shorting your 3.3V rail

You do need some minimum tools and some experience.
Google it or YouTube it "repair damaged broken PCB pads" to get an idea.

But on a side note, are you sure this Cap is not getting hot from another component from the other side of the board? (Isn't the charging section on the opposite layer?) There's no reason for PC220 to get hot, unless it is shorted.Leave a comment:
