Any one can help please

this laptop can power on but wtihout display

3.3 and 5.0 founded but 3.3 on bios chip not found

knowing that it power on but no display

3.3 vdd generated by pch maybe pch damaged ???

Before you rule out PCH faut you should do additional analysis try with a working ram clean the ram slot , Dramrst on pin 30 ram ? missing voltage on the big Gray coils ? & Flash bios , schematic is available to trace bios chip
