Toshiba L650 - can you identify a missing component?

    Hi all,

I have a Toshiba L650 that won't boot. I have the power led and charging leds ok. But if I press the power button, nothing happens. I have tested the power button: voltage drops from 3V to 0V when pressed. Button is fine.

Upon motherboard inspection, I have found out that one component was missing (now two components, bc I have destroyed another one trying to fix, sigh...).
    Please see the picture attached.

The components missing seem to be similar to many other components along that trace: they go from the trace (tested 19V) to the ground copper circles. I attach a closeup of one of said components that are going from 19V to ground.
Please see the picture attached of the component that I'm looking for.

I attach the motherboard schematics for further help.

Can you please tell me what these components are?

    Thanks a million

Most probably missing cap but this is not the cause MB won’t boot up in the page 8 of schematic check your +3/5 régulateur voltage and your RTC section must be cleared to move forward
