    Dell E6330 Temperature problem (?)

    Hello
I have 2x E6330 in bench, one with i7 and one with i5
I notice the fan on i7 goes full very often, even with the shortest process while on i5 goes full more rarely.
I attached 2 screenshots from CPU Temp with all details while in action (on i7 i have seen max temp of 103 Celsius but not this time)
Thermal paste cleaned and replaced, also exchanged the heatsinks from one to the other just in case one of them is faulty, same results.
Is this normal behavior because of the onboard (not socketed) i7?
    Thank you in advance!

It's normal. You have a M series soldered CPU which is basically a socketed CPU without the socket and uses the same amount of power. And you have it in a thinner shell with less cooling capability.

You can use ThrottleStop to undervolt it some, if you can afford the time to stability test afterwards.
