Alienware LA-B753P 1.0 - NO GPU POWER - NO DGPU_PWR_EN

Hello.
Have this Alienware LA-B753P 1.0 tahat have no GPU power. I measure no DGPU_PWR_EN

reflashed bios+ec but no change.
All other than GPU power is present. laptop restart after few seconds
Resistance on gpu power rails look ok.

Any hint how to check what is wrong?

history of the notebook ? most of the time when pc doesnt show vga its pch problem, but if we could know the history of the notebook would be good.....
it works with internal gpu and hdmi ?

notebook do any beep ?

edit: +3vs voltage is present ?
