Acer ES1-571 works from battery but not charging

Got Acer Aspire ES1-571 DOMINO_BH MB 15300-1
Replaced from donor MB PU4403, PU4402, PU4404, PU4405, PQ4406, PQ4401 no changes. Laptop works fine from charger and from battery, but not charging. Blinking orange light. Original battery not working - locked, tested with two new (known good) batteries, Not charging. Please any advice.

Use flux and hot air to confirm there are no soldering issues with the replaced charger IC. Especially pins 18 and 19 on this device. Power down, remove battery, meter in resistance mode and check for shorts between 18 & 19.

Resoldered charger IC, when powered down between pins 18 and 19 have resistance 26kOhm and 100kOhm then meter probes switched. I have the same voltage on both pins then connected to PSU or Battery. Without High side mosfet the same.

Update
Fixed laptop. Tested with wrong batteries. Original battery was AC14B18J 11.31V. Tested with AC14B8K 15.2V. Got another battery - charging correctly now.
