Hi good day I have a shorted backlight capacitor but I dont know if its a capacitor or a rresistor because it was blown. Hoping someone can give advice

In your picture, the tantalum cap with 330 markings, us it damaged? Looks that way in the photo. Can you show another close up of that part?

L4607 coil LVDS + B provider appears in your boardview file. You can use 2.2ohm 1 / 2w resistance or low omage coil.

A short circuit in the panel or LVDS cable can damage the motherboard
