    hi everyone
    i have a macbook pro 820-3462 works off battery but its charging cycle 136
    voltage measured adapter not plugged and battery in charged 100%:
    PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R :12.8v
    CHGR_CSO_P :12.47v
    CHGR_CSO_N :12.47v
    SMBUS_CHGR_SDA : 3.4v
    SMBUS_CHGR_SCL :3.4v
    CHGR_RST_L : 3.38v
    CHGR_BGATE: 5.5v
    CHGR_PHASE : 12.47v
    CHGR_UGATE : 12.25v
    CHGR_SGATE : 12.15v
    CHGR_CSI_N : 11.95v
    CHGR_CSI_P : 12.18v

    Sorry - what is the question?

    charge cycle @ 136 means the laptop has been charged 136 times since it was sold by the factory. Apple batteries usually (not always) can be charged 500-1000 times before they need to be replaced.

      my question is why the motherboard cant work off batteries,the problem is the battery or something else?

        See attached.

        1) Start with reading the voltage on F7040, pin # 2 with external adapter attached. What is the voltage for PPBUS_G3H ?

        2) Next, power down and remove the external adapter. Use the battery only.

        List the voltages from the attached diagram.

        Do you see the PPBUS_G3H with a similar voltage as supplied by the battery? (NO EXTERNAL adapter should be attached)
