Explaining symbol on the macbook schematics

    Hello guys,

what exactly represents symbol XW7500 shown in the attached picture? Is it a jumper?

I'm studying these macbooks schematics and find this symbol on many places on the schematics.

    Thank you!

Yes, that is my understanding that it is a via / through hole jumper that transitions from one layer to another.

Thank you. So it is not something you can break or solder back at will?

Looking for 13" Macbook Pro A1278 mid 2012 820-2565-A Schematics and Board View
        by Rezendes
Hello, I am looking for any and all files related to the mainboard for 820-2565-A (13" Macbook Pro A1278 mid 2012) schematics/board view.

I looked through forum search results and google and was unable to find a board view file, I found a pdf of all the schematics but I don't know where the parts physically are on the board as this is my first macbook board level repair attempt.

The macbook charger has a green light, the battery has been replaced and OS reports Normal status but Not charging. After cleaning a corroded capacitor it crumbled off the board. There...

MacBook Pro M2 A2338 with PowerSupply it is running, "X" on the battery symbol and FAN is running permanently
        by Schluchti45
I have a MacBook Pro A2338 M2. The MacBook runs with the power supply unit. The fan runs permanently and the battery shows the message โ€œService recommendedโ€.
I have already replaced the battery with a new one, but this has not helped. I have also tried DFU and the system restored the error remains the same.
Do any of you have any ideas where I could look or how I should proceed here?...
