HP 250 g1 capslock blinking

hi everyone
HP 250 g1 caps lock blinking 3 time no picture no backlight FAN spin ok
i have flashed bios main and bios EC,cheeking RAM seem problem.

after flashing with another bios file i have no blink on caps lock but still the same problem no graphics no backlight.
all coils have voltage except L6710 ( PVAXG )0v.
any suggestion,tanks

This is a common fault on this mb-GFX core missing. Most of the times its bios but in some cases its PCH fault. DRAMRST# on pin30 of ram slot is present???

Dramrst pin 30 slot1 0.81v, slot2 0.78v

Dramrst must be equal to your ram voltage

For ddr3 1.5v

For DDR3L. 1.35v

DDR4. 1.2v


Dramrst is not ok

where Dramrst coming from?i have 1.5v on ram slot

Check voltage on Q539

Q539 voltage measured on pins : 3.3V; 1.5V ;1.5V
