Help with HP Brittle MB 15256-1 IC component identification

Hi guys, grateful if anyone can help with identifying part number of the following IC.

Laptop: HP Pavilion x360 m3-u001dx
Motherboard: Brittle MB; 15256-1; 448.07M06.0011

IC marking: 5X=3A B25
Location on board: PU4501

I can't seem to find schematic for this motherboard.

RT6575D stb control chip, 3pin + 3V LDO and 13pin + 5V LDO outputs. Overheating of the chip may not indicate it is malfunctioning. what are the omaj values in these outputs.
