best buy EC programmer

Hello.
I want to buy EC programmer because of many boards with KBC fail. Mostly 8586, but i want to program wide variety of KBC. What is better SVOD3 or Vertyanov?

If you have enough money go for the SVOD3 as it does more than the vertyanov,its a bios programmer,and has a nice battery check function.The vertyanov is very good though at its single task.
