SVOD3 programmer problem ITE series Bussy or not detected

Hello, I am having problems with my SVOD3 programmer or I am doing something wrong, it always tells me when I want to read a KBC ITE, "ITE series is not Detected" or ITE IS BUSSY ". Could anyone solve this? I have changed ite and also says I am running the SVOD3 on Windows 10 x64. I will be grateful if you can help me.
