HP Pavillon G- Fan error (90B)

I trying to fix a l HP Pavillon G which gives the error message 90B fan error.

Fan is slowly running for about 2 seconds and stop about 2 seconds. that runs as a cycle. What could be the problem.

No much dust and connector has no problem.

maybe the fan is blocked..take it out, check it, grease it if possible..if you can't test the laptop with another fan ..

if fan is spinning and ges in cycle mostly conroller circuit is ok. maybe bad fan tacho.
u have 3 or 4 wires fan?
