Hello I am having a similar issue but it is weird. The internal ssd is recognized and is readable when booting from an external drive. But if trying to boot from internal it doesn't show up in the boot menu. Externals show up and boot. Internal shows nothing unless booted from another drive, then it shows up. Drive works in another machine with no issue. I am lost on this one. Help please and thank youLeave a comment:

Does the machine boot off an external usb?
Make sure the ssd is definately working on another machine
Check to see if it is detected in disk utility. If not then check all traces between J3700 and U3710/11 U3740Leave a comment:

A1466 SSD not recognised
I got this MacBook air mid 2013, I was told it would not power up. I found a bit of corrosion around the JTAG connector so removed the connector and checked for shorts.
No shorts found and no other signs of corrosion, I plugged in than the MacBook powered up however does not recognise the SSD
I checked the power going to the SSD and it is getting 3.3v so I thought maybe the SSD was fried, I then tried another that is not being recognized either.
I bought a converter to m.2 and used a known working m.2 drive and this is also not recognised, this m.2 has an activity light on and it comes on and stays solid then goes off, should blink when accessed.
I formated all drives HFS+, NTFS, fat32. MacOs and windows cannot see the drives.
Any ideas appreciated

My Macbook had suffered liquid damage and after cleaning up the board it won't recognise the SSD. I tried the SSD in another M
acbook and it is fine. I have done some troubleshooting and it looks like the SSD_RESET_L is permanently low. Any ideas where I can try looking next? -

I've got this macbook air 2017 A1466 which initially was working good exept for the wifi adapter not being detected by the OS.
After inspecting the board, I discovered some traces of liquid damage around the area of R3558, R3559, R3554 and the pin 1,2,3,4 of U3540 slightly dull.
I cleaned the area with alcohol, took some measurements on the resistors and in the process i accidentally knocked off R3554.
Also the test pads in those area and other resistor were a bit corroded.
By cleaning the corrosion, some of the board mask went... -

The boars number is 6050A2559101-MB-A03. The PC does not recognized HDD, neither does it recognized NGFF SSD.
i discovered that the HDD does not spin.
there were activities at the SATA connection.
Pin 2,3,5,6 rises to 400mv then jump to about 4v, again to mv. It continues in loop that way. Same behaviour at pin 20,21,22.
5v is present at 14,15,16.
Pin 18 which is reserved has about 1.8v, sometimes it increases to 2v+.

I received a 2013 Macbook Air A1466 A1466 820-3437-B motherboard WITHOUT a bios chip. I got a new bios chip and reprogrammed it. Macbook now powers on but doesn't boot the SSD. I've flashed a ton of bios but still same problem. Windows installation works with this Macbook but never a mac installation. Unfortunately, since I didn't receive this macbook with a bios chip, I don't have the original bios. What can I do now? -
Hello guys,
I have an an RTX 3070 ti that was not being recognized. I started by measuring the resistances on the main coils and there were no shorts to ground. After visual inspection, I noticed some minor corrosion on a few components next to the 5V coil. I cleaned the area with IPA and then I tested the card. It now posts but after brief moments the image starts flashing as shown in the video (https://imgur.com/a/FidA8Oq). Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this? Any help will be much appreciated.
