    nm-a273 no power

    greetings to all friends.
    My problem is nm-a273 lenovo device does not start.

    PQ301:SOURCE AND DRAİN 20V OK.BUT GATE 5V THİS NORMAL OR ANORMAL?
    PQ302:SOURCE AND DRAİN 20V OK.BUT GATE 5V

    5VALW AND 3.3VALW OK

    BİOS CHİP 1 AND 8. 3.3 V OK

    BUTTON 3.3V OK

    BUT NO START WHAT PROPLEM ?

    BİOS WRİTE BUT NO START...

      PQ301/302 Gate voltage is ok as they are P channel mosfets. Try flashing known good bios first.

          thanks for the answer dude. i wrote a bios bbadcaps the result is the same

              When the dc power gives 20v, the white light is flashing in the motherboard

                      Asus X532FL 3.2V at source and gate

                      I am having some trouble with troubleshooting a Asus X532FL rev 2.0 motherboard, which does not power on. So at the first MOSFET, I am getting 19V at the drain, and then 3.2V on both gate and source (compared with ground). Of course, the 2nd MOSFET's source will have 3.2v at source.

                      First MOSFET is a QM3056M6 and 2nd MOSFET is a QM0930M3

                      I already checked first MOSFET and source and gate are not shorted (drain with source not shorted either). Also I have 1.7V at the LDO rail (measured at the keyboard connector, as the power button is on the keyboard).

                      Just did this on my 2021 13" MBP M1. Dust-Gate design flaw still present. Depending on cleanliness of the operation environment (often eating while using MB is probably the worst). Periodic cleaning is probably warranted.

                      Note this is quite challenging effort. One misstep will damage the LCD flex and render it useless. So take it to someone more experienced if uncertain.

                      I had a nice dell laptop yesturday,the proplem was it is not charging...
                      i try another orginal charger with no luck also another battery no change either
                      the famus massage that the ac adapter wattage in not reconize by the laptop always show at the boot
                      in the bios the ac adpters is unkhown
                      so it is a motherboard issu, first i download a boardview to know what i am abut to deal with
                      then i extract the motherboard to start trace the voltage
                      the 19.5 line was ok but the ps_id was 4.2v it shuld be 3.3
                      the signal came from super io chip so that where...

                      I'm working on a HP Pavilion Laptop Model 15-eh1508sa that is missing 19v. I've looked at the schematics and want to know what conditions the ISL9238C checks before it enables the gate for MOSFETs PQ8200 and PQ8201,

                      I havent found any shorts on the board.

                      I get 19v at +PRWSRC but around 1.7v at the Drain of PQ8201(+vin)

                      Just received a busted Sharp 55" Aquos (LC-55LE643U) from a coworker. He tried swapping all three boards (power, main, TCON) to fix the problem, but it had the same issue. He was kind enough to give me the TV and both sets of boards for free, so I can try to get it working for myself.

                      Unfortunately, I think I may have made the problem (much) worse, but I'm interested to see if the original problem was fixable at all regardless...
