    But if you have tried working screen then that should not be the case.

    Check EDP data lines in diode mode to see if they measure the same.
    I think i should consider this. I thought the issue is with the edp cable. Giving the fact that 4k versions screens have dfferent edp cables than full hd ones.

    I have tried 3 screens the FHD QHD and 4K ones.

    Now the full hd one is working for sure. But both others were from other shopes which claimed to be working. In fact, the 4K one is assumed new and never been used. Which i am keeping now.

    Now i believe i would be able to program the edid if i disassemble the lcd frame. but not having the edid software would be missing.

    I am still wondering if the missing +LCDVDD is causing the issue. Was not it supposed for the lcd to get the +lcdVDD to produce the sense of being connected? I might be mistaken but with the LD-D753P the +LCDVDD is privided even without connecting the edp lcd cable on the motherboard side.

    But i am not sure if this model LA-F552P would provide that signal initially.

            Alienware 15 R2 Service Tag: DL7NN32 ISSUE (Battery is not charging)
            by Simone Vergani
            Hello everyone,

            I'm experiencing an issue with my Alienware 15 R2 (Service Tag: DL7NN32). The laptop works perfectly when connected to the AC adapter — it powers on and functions normally. However, the battery does not charge. If I disconnect the DC adapter, the laptop shuts down immediately, as the battery is at 0%. I have replaced the battery with a new compatible one, but the issue persists. I also replaced the AC adapter with a compatible one, but the battery still doesn't charge.

            To assist with troubleshooting, I'm attaching two power circuit schematics:

            Alienware Area-51 R2 Boot Loop issue.
            by abajor
            I have the above mentioned Alien Ware A51 R2, currently it randomly will boot into the OS but more often than not it boot loops, I'm assuming there's an issue with power regulation somewhere.
            It comes with Dual 180 Watt Dell PSU, which is ironic since the thing claims it requires 420 watts in the bios screen.

            To rule out the power bricks I've attempted to power up the Laptop with a 330W and 240W Dell PSU at the same time, it still has the same boot loop issue so the problem is definitely the laptop.

            Right now I'm trying to dig through the PDF schematics and Board...

            by armands0212@gmail.com
            Hi all.i have problem with my alienware 15 r2.basically its keep beeping 4 times at startup-what means there is ram issue.i already tried 10 different ram sticks with different speeds and voltages but nothing helps.tried to flash bios to see if that will help-but no luck.
            Ram sockets looks fine as well,cleaned them and carefully inspected

            So maybe someone had this problem as well with any of dell laptops and have some ideas what else i can do?

            Thanks

            by Bupi452
            Hi, everybody
            Yesterday I was about to re-paste my laptop, when during the disassembly I noticed that the DC cable from DC plug to the mainboard looked discolored and after a bit of prying I found out why...
            I am looking for the socket on the mainboard does anyone have an idea where I could get one? I have already looked in the board drawing and found out the manufacturer (ACES_50493-01301-P01) but it does not seem to be available for purchase...
            does anyone an idea where I could get one?
            PS
            The cable has a part number and can be bought on EBAY but I did not find...

            Greetings and Salutations!

            I have BAP00 board in front of me, which does not want to turn on. Nothing except for the AC power is connected.

            +3VLP - present
            RTC power - present // no battery connected

            * +3VALW - present
            * +5VALW - present

            * +LAN_IO - 0.00V
            * +3V_PCH - 0.05V
            * +1VALW - 0.00V
            * +1V_PCH_PRIM - 0.00V // same rail as +1VALW

            Note : ON* means that this power plane is ON only with AC power available, otherwise it is OFF

            +1VALW - 47Ohms
            +3V_PCH - MOhm range
            +LAN_IO - 100KOhm...
