Alienware Area-51 R2 Boot Loop issue.

I have the above mentioned Alien Ware A51 R2, currently it randomly will boot into the OS but more often than not it boot loops, I'm assuming there's an issue with power regulation somewhere.
It comes with Dual 180 Watt Dell PSU, which is ironic since the thing claims it requires 420 watts in the bios screen.

To rule out the power bricks I've attempted to power up the Laptop with a 330W and 240W Dell PSU at the same time, it still has the same boot loop issue so the problem is definitely the laptop.

Right now I'm trying to dig through the PDF schematics and Board layouts I've found to identify test points, but the PDF board views are mostly just component pad layouts, with minimal information other than part numbers.

I've found a few .brd files here and other places but they don't open in flex board view.

Does anybody here have any experience with this beast and have any idea what I should look for in the power up which would cause this boot looping behavior?

For what its worth, the motherboard looks really clean other than some dust and lint, apparently the original GPU burnt out and needed to be replaced.

    Thanks for any suggestions/assistance.

Is the battery good and does it the same when it boots from battery?

Interestingly, the most important information came at the end. You are not considering that the problem originates there (GPU)? Any history known about when was the GPU replaced and whether the issue was present since then?

First: Same problem with or with out the battery connected.

I think the boot loop issue may have started after GPU replacement. The guy that owned the Lap top says that it was a periodic annoyance but his system would boot after one or two loops. It just got worse and worse until it never booted into the OS.

I got it to boot once with a test drive got through "configuring hardware" message then reset.
