    What is this SMD component?

Does anyone know what the SMD CL2 is in this pic? It looks like a fuse, but not sure. Can't find anything on what CL stands for. It is currently reading at 0 ohms and has no continuity.

Just fixed this laptop for a client and it worked for a few days and now won't power up. Getting 19V out of the DC jack harness, but only 1V on the battery charge pins. Just trying to narrow down what it could be and came across this CL2 piece which I thought was a possible fuse.

It seems like a filtering Cap not fuse.

If you can provide, the make, model, or board number, there might be a schematic or other information around.

There`s no schematic available. The part next to it is TSL1 ,if you google "Compal TSL1" for schematics with the same part number you can sometimes find what you`re looking for.
It could be a 10 pF, 3 kV, 1808 capacitor, i only looked at an la-a994p schematic,i could be completely wrong.

I would tend to agree it is a capacitor so It won't be the problem
