Toshiba A-300 notebook does nothing

hello companions this portable A-300 has arrived without ignition, when I open it I find that q801 that in its pins 1,2 and 3 measure me 20v and in pin 4 its gate also measures me 20v which I think it should not be and in pins 5,6,7 and 8 0v so there is no voltage over there. I changed the mosfet in case it was malfunctioning but still the same
Looking over I see nothing burned, I doubt the IC U803; I have measured pin 12 VDC and the 20v enter, pin 3 and 4 and pin 24 00.6.
I think it's not working well.

The 1st Fet P channel Gate should be less than 10V Check the voltage on ACDRV pin 2 U803

el pin ACDRV 2 U803 da 20v lo mismo que en pin4 deQ801 al estar comunicado.
en fuente allways no tengo ni 3v ni5v ya que no pasa el voltaje del principio y no tengo voltaje en el resto de la placa.

the ACDRV 2 U803 pin gives 20v the same as in pin4 of Q801 when communicating.
In source allways I have neither 3v nor 5v since the voltage of the beginning does not pass and I have no voltage in the rest of the board.

is this +VBAT resistance?? If so your +19V rail is shorted.

Well I checked by removing Q801 and I connected it by measuring pin4 the gate and it still gives me 19v so U803 ic BQ24721C is wrong.

measure ACDET circuit. R814 awith R815 works as voltage divider

u have whole schematic and datasheet. try to figure it out
