e5-471g no power charge led only

pls help my board id is da0zq0mb6e0 rev e core i5 with nvidia gpu
it shows only charge light..3v and 5v ok..power button 3v..already program bios still the same..anyone encounter this kind of trouble? pls help
pls upload also working bios dump.

check pin 112(RSMRST#) , pin 86(LID#) , PIN 3/11/26/74(for kbc power input), pin 120(DNBSWON#) , pin 125(NBSWON#) of kbc IT8587.

C676 and d17 is ok tried to pull out,,still that part with mark is shorted to ground..why? help pls

i think i found the problem,,the sio pin # 3 is shorted.
i think its time to replaced sio chip..is there anychance or way..
can i disabled pin no 3? is there any chance to run without replacing sio chip?
