The battery reach the full charge, if the system is in idle state or with no hard processes, the machine stays on. If I play a game with battery only , after a couple of seconds the system shut down immediatly. the same thing happened when I used a 120W power supply even with the battery connected. Testing with a 220W power supply the system works very well. So I was wondering if a battery that arrives at the right charge and doesn't drain quickly will create a problem like this?

I have acer laptop tmx314-51 with part no 6050A3020501.
The laptop is working fine on adapter and battery is also charging and when adapter is disconnected in on state the laptop gives backup on battery and gives good backup.
But when laptop is powered on through battery only the laptop does not power on and there is 0 voltage on battery connector.
I have not not tried another battery as it is not available locally could this be a battery problem.have checked discharging mosfet and there is no shorting to ground on any pin of battery connector.

Dear all,
i have the above laptop which had a problem with battery. i replaced it with a compatible one..
the laptop DOES NOT POWER ON..
with it old battery it does power on.
i left the new battery disconnected and i powered on the laptop and i reconnected battery while laptop was on. it shows that the battery is charging.
when i shutdown the laptop does not power on.
does anyone have any solution!
when is not power on the usb c voltage tester shows 5v 1.3A

Hi, my dear friends., Maybe this might be a stupid question or something I missed or do not know. I have 2 MacBook Air A2681 (Indentical color & EMC #), both LCD screens broken. Before ordering the LCD Screens I confirmed both worked with their respective batteries & AC Adapters, & they did 100%. The LCD Screens came in today & I replaced LCD for the 1st A2681. (Removed Battery Terminal cable for both Laptops before installation of LCDs). Perfect Screen & Booted up fine. But it did not work with battery. I checked the battery connector & it was seated in well/perfectly.... -
