      That’s good news if the signal is coming from PCH but one of the sector after SIO is prevention it +3V S5 line might be the case but !! PQ37 pin 1 & BATLOW ?
      If another Badcaps Veteran can help ?

        PQ37 have a 3.3 volt
        but BATLOW in shcematic PCH_BATLOW#!?
        and in board i can't find it because no ID number of component in near cap or resistor just ic's have a ID number in board .

          yep PCH_BATLOW# give a sligt heat to the PCH side of SOC if that dosent work remove on pad of PL7 PL8 PL14 and power up the MB
