HP DM1 AMD stuck at win logo.

Problem"
This mb boots fine but hangs at windows logo(tried win7/8/10). I tried to boot without hdd and only bootable windows10 pen drive, still the wheel keeps revolving for eternity and doesnt goes to install windows or hdd partition stage.

I have done the following"
01. Flashed bios from hp site and decrypted it.
02.Changed ram stick
03.Changed ite kbc
04. Reballed amd E350 apu.
05.Removed lan,sound,card reader ic"s

Problem not resolved after these steps. Not giving measurements of any voltages as mb is posting, so voltages on coils will be pretty useless.

has anybody encountered this problem and knows the solution?? Any advice??

PS: I suspect amd southbrige but dont have any in stock.

my region of the bios sometimes blocks the windows in the logo, or the video chipset, change the balls to the amd southbrige chip, you maybe lucky and not buy another one.

I guess a Linux such as Fedora or Ubuntu installs successfully. So try installing them first.
If they give an error message, report the error message here. If there was no error message, you should follow this procedure with and without HDD:
1. Boot the laptop using Win10 installation CD and try installing it (not win7).
2. If it gets stuck at the spinning circle, wait for about 5-10 minutes.
3. If it is taking too long, restart the laptop and begin from Step 1 again.
4. After a large number of tries at different times of day, the installation program finally may display an error message.
5. If so, report the error message here.
Then, we can conclude what to do.

Note: I guess the error message disappears quickly. So you have to read it quickly or take a photo quickly using your phone. If you saw the laptop got restarted during the spinning circle, probably the error message was displayed just before the restart.

I've tried win10 installation without hdd as stated in my description of problem. No , it doesnt restart and the spinning circle goes on and on and on even if you leave it for 30 mins. Linux also doesnt load.

In addition, you can use a Live CD such as Ultimate Boot CD to test various parts of the laptop. Test RAM, HDD, CPU, etc. Then, you may receive some error message that be helpful.
