Acer 5733 (pew71 LA-6582P) no power

Acer 5733
MB pew71 LA-6582P
this mb came to me with big short in 5v and 3.3v after replace pu2748 ,u13,u15 and pu1000 all voltage Become right
19v ok
pl46 3.4v ok
pl47 5v ok
u16 pin 100 rsmrest 3.4v ok
but no power when i press power button
any help plz

Test the power button for 3.3V as you Press the power button check whether the Voltage goes to 0 & back to 3.3V

power button 3.2v ok (jled1-pin7)
when i press power button voltage goes to 0 & back to 3.2V ok

Check U16 pin 117 101 102 104 127 109 for Voltage

U16 SIO pin 127 is ACIN 0V test the Voltage on PR589 both sides

i checked pr589 and fond it short and pu17 also
after replace pr589 and pu17 mb power on ok but no data
i checked pl32 (1.5v) is absent. replaced pu22 1.5v ok but no data checked pl10 +VGFX_COREP is absent replaced pu12 mb working ok but when i use the battery with charger 19v is short.replaced pq64 every thing all right.
