    Dell 3542 2 beep error

    Hi all

    dell 3542 laptop no display power on but 2 beep error. Ram is good. Ddr3_dramrst# signal not coming how to fix this error

    plz help me

      DRAMRST should be 1.3V approx it's upll done by R410 test it both sides

                  Thanks i's found it. Now 1.3v ok but same error (2 beep) ram is good

                          Hmmm... All voltage are ok. (vtt, spd, sda, scl, dramrst, o.v ) but 2 beep
                          do you have a another idea

                              you are saying you found R410 and now you have 1.3V whereas on the other hand you are saying dramrst 0v. Do you mean you have 1.3V on one side of the resistor and 0V on the other side??I beleive Dram_RST signal is supposed to be from PCH(single die in this case)

                                  i'm R410 resistor replace. before 1.3v come ram 30 pin. but 2 beep.

                                                          Pin 1 = 0.67v, 126 = 0.67v, 203 = 0.67v, 199 =3.39v, 75 =1.36v, 200 = 3.39v

                                                              OK now test VCC CORE, SYS PWROK, PLT RST ,(LPC FRAME, LPC AD you need a oscilloscope) try with the multimeter CLOCK X1801 XTAL 24.Mhz

                                                                  Please can anyone shed some light on why my Dell Vostro 3578 is giving the following BIOS error: 'The primary battery is not identifiable and this system will not charge this battery pack.'?

                                                                  The problem is not the battery - I've tried three different identical ones, all Dell OEM. They all work perfectly in other systems (different models, though) whilst giving the same error in the Vostro.
                                                                  The laptop will run happily from the battery if it is charged and Windows accurately reports the charge level, proving that the communication between the laptop and the battery...

                                                                  Hello everyone, I need some help with a PS5 Slim board EDM-040 that will beep but no light or fan spin.

                                                                  When I connect my bench power supply, (12v 0.500amp) the amps go between .135-.035 then back to .005.

                                                                  When I attach UART I get the error code below. I have replaced the DDR4 ram IC with one from a donor board. Cannot verify is the IC was working or not, still same error.

                                                                  Old bios display is coming but giving following error
                                                                  (A7) FW downgrade - request mespilock fail upon starting

                                                                  The dell g15 5515 service tag 64TXVM3 turned on and no image appeared. I reprogrammed the wrong BIOS chip, I ended up doing it on the 25Q16JWSIQ VBIOS chip. After realizing the error, I reprogrammed the correct chip and burned the ROM of the GPU taken from TECHUP (https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/...le-4096-210618) on 25Q16JWSIQ. When starting, the notebook turned on normally and showed an image, but the GPU shows error 43 in Windows. I uninstalled the drivers via DDU and installed them again, without success. I used NVFlash, the GPU is recognized, but the EEPROM is not...
