hp x360 not charging battery

hi there

hp x360 bucks uma mb 16872-1 448.0c204.0011

all working on the charger
all works when charger pin removed battery takes over and works

but only will not charge battery stuck on percentage ?????

so far changed to new battery , changed charger , also changed bq24737

the only thing i dont understand that it has 2.6v on scl and sda on battery ??

on this mb its using 2 sot23-6 fets on the scl sda ???

also one sot23-6 has the marking of k702 which i think its a 2n7002 and the other has marking of C9 7H1 ???????? any idea what it is

Upload the Schematic, test all pins of the battery connector of MB for voltage with battery & without battery, test impedance of all pin of battery connector

I am having this exact same issue on a different board. 15M-BP111DX same bq24737, no schematic available for this board. Not sure where to look, and pulling my hair out!

First check AD_ID the middle pin of the charger is recognize by the mob
Voltage on all pins of the battery connector 8 pins 2 or more GND pins

ac_id pin outside of laptop is 19v connected to mobo only .5v.
up to today i was geting 0v on acok which for this model is good, now i am no longer getting light on dc cable. now getting 3.4v on acok.
battery pins with no battery installed 0, 0, 123mv, 2.9, 3.1, 0, 0, 0
battery pins with battery installed 11.5, 11.5, 123mv, 2.9, 3.1, 0, 0, 0.

Perhaps bq737 got damaged while measuring voltages on its pins. I'll suggest to replace it first and see if acok goes low again.

it probably did, i have replaced it as well. spend way too much time measuring that area. I was sure there was an issue with it or the passives nearby lol. actual issue was on the other side of the board.

but it was good practice working on a board with no schematics

So what was the issue that you found on "the other side of the board", that seemed to fix it?
