I checked all requirements of ram and everything found okay

I tried to jumper that too with 1.35V but it didn't worked

    please guide me

first of all you need to check your clock generator ic is working fine or not. check clock enable which comes from core ic

        @james mi
Vcore is the voltage supply to the processor core. Depending on the type of motherboard there is usually one controller IC driving various phases (MOSFETs and sometimes MOSFET driver IC's) that generate Vcore. There could be up to 8 phases, often there are four or six phases but it depends on old the board is. Generally newer boards have more phases. If you want to measure Vcore look for some inductors around the CPU and measure there.

If you want to find the Vcore controller IC it is usually a QFP or QFN type chip somewhere in that area, probably 48 pin. If you look for that type of IC near the CPU and look up the datasheet for the part number you should be able to find the Vcore IC quite easily

The other easy way is if you can find the schematic or board view for your motherboard

Requesting Help For GA-970A-DS3 rev. 1.0, No Post code, no RSMRST# signal
            by AstutePauciloquent
Hi everyone, over the past few months i have taken a deep dive into motherboard diagnostics and I love the challenge. Currently im trying to learn all about the signals that travel around the motherboard, such as frequencies, enable signals High and Low logic states etc. And i have been learning to read and using the Schematics for this board that i requested here on Badcaps forum, from a few months ago, this is such a great place for these.

I’ve been working on a GA-970A-DS3 (rev. 1.0) that does not post. This motherboard has been my main learning board. I would like share...

Vizio M65Q7-H1 Red Vertical Strips fixed by tape blocking LC1 signal to half of the panel
            by howardc64
            Failure Symptom

No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.

            Where is the short?

Panel has 4x buffer boards. Quickly found the 1/4 panel buffer board with the problem by selectively disconnecting buffer board flex cables.

Having recently fixed another Vizio with similar symptoms that was a shorted ESD diode array ( link ) Probed the ESD diode array but...

            Good morning.

What is a normal composite signal range for a C64?
            by Scruit
            Hello all,

Working on my first C64 / Breadbin / 250407. Purchased as non-working. Getting black screen.

More detail below, but for those that want to get right to the question.... Here are a few waveforms comparing the Pin15 output on the VIC chip (luma/sync) to the pin 4 on the AV socket (composite signal).

            https://imgur.com/gallery/PpqcqPY

My question is: Is the composite waveform range of 0.1v-1v too low for a c64?

            More detail:

Symptoms are that that I get...
