    LA-9591P Chip identification request

Hi, I have a dell Ultrabook with an LA-9591P motherboard. This chip heats up rather quickly, cosuming more than 2 amps at 1.5 volts. It is marked with a slanted P then 7403 and underneath GA3131. On the schematic it is PQ700. I can't find the datasheet for it, any help?

Re: LA-9591P Chip identification request (solved)

Thank you SMDFlea, Mouser Electronics here in the USA doesn't carry it, I will continue looking now that I really know what it is. Can I substitute with another mosfet with same values ( 20V 4.5A 3.5W) in same package, trenchfet?
Edit: I found this: Si7403BDN-T1 is the same part, and Mouse does carry it.

According to this post on elvikom the PQ700 is a SQ7415EN ,its rated at 60V https://www.elvikom.pl/dell-7440-ply...je-t54449.html . I`m not sure what part you need now, can you take a close up photo of PQ700 ,and other members here might have some suggestions as to what the right part should be.
