Dell Inspiron 3458 - Battery won't charge

Hello,

Machine came with power fault i.e. powering on with battery but no power with adapter. Found PU4401 and PR4421 were the problem. Now machine shows plugged in and charging, actually it is not charging battery. BAT+ have no charging voltage, if I take out battery it has 2.5v

any ideas people.
