need help quanta r33 rev 3.0

on page 35 i got 19v on one side of pr116 but nothing on the other side..ive already changed it but same result..attached here was schematic..thank you in advance

It doesn`t have to be shorted, take it off and see if voltage comes up, if it does make sure to put a new cap on there ,don`t leave it off.

PU8 pin 16 (VIN) may be shorted to ground. Or there is a break in the line between PR116 and PU8. Or either PR116 or PU8 is not soldered properly. Also make sure PR116 is indeed 10 ohms.

ive already change pr116 and still no 19v on the other side of it..pull-out pc75 still same result..ive notice that pu8 is getting hot..thanks by the way

PU8 shouldn't get really hot, try to replace it.
