Is it normal for UUID to change after bios update to 1.10? -
SMDFlea Why to flash EC if it is not needed due to an old firmware version, prior this requirement?...Leave a comment:

Can someone try to unlock the following BIOS in case it is an older version (V70 Ver. 01.05.21 6/17/2024), so the EC flash from post 161 will not be neccessary?

Re: LG 22EN43T not start
Good suggestion, but no result.
I add a capacitor and makes no difference...Leave a comment:

Re: LG 22EN43T not start
Thanks for your replay frica.
Unfortunately this is not a bulgy capacitor problem.
Maybe this has to do with cold soldering.
Today after keep pressing the power button the monitor powered on. Once it starts it's ok.
I am trying to find the start up procedure in order to isolate the problem.Leave a comment:

Re: LG 22EN43T not start
I upload a picture of my board.
C154 was checked, both capacitance and ESR are good.
This in not a backlight issue. There is no picture at all.
Monitor's power led is blinking. When was working the led was light steady.
Seems that the monitor "is not starting"....Leave a comment:

LG 22EN43T not start
This monitor had problems turning on from time to time. Pressing on-off button made power led to blink with no picture.
After some tries ,once it started, there was no problem. Working perfectly.
Now, there is no way to turn it on after several tries.
The whole board is an eax65118801. I attach the schematic.
All voltages are fine , 5VS from IC102 and both 3.3VS and 1.2VS from IC103 are OK.
There is no voltage drop except from 0.5V on R100 when on-off button is pressed.
I checked 2 big SMD electrolytic caps, and... -
Re: LG 42PJ350. usual 3 clicks problem
In this TV, i checked everything is advised; resistors, diode etc.
The problem was one of the relays , although you can hear it clicking, no connection was made.
So i fixed the relays and now the PSU is working great testing with 2 bulbs 100w method.
So everyone has this problem should also take a look at the relays.
However, in my case the Y-SYS board have also many transistors shorted.
Still looking for fix.Leave a comment:

Re: CQ61 no boot- Charge led off after seconds
bios already flashed...
Used this file in this post:
https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...69&postcount=9
I desolder the chip to verify again with the programmer.
After all these tests, it seems ok. Verify passes 100%
What's the voltage in BATCHG when the battery is plugged in ?Leave a comment:

CQ61 no boot- Charge led off after seconds
Hello,
One more thread for this board. Seeking a lot old threads. No help.
Bios already flashed with no result.
Board shut off almost immediately after button pressed.
When charger is plugged in the charge led is on for some seconds and then off.
checked +3V_ALW +5V_ALW +12V_ALW all seems ok.
Also immediately after button pressed checked the other voltages and seems to work before shut down.
Only on PL7 there is no voltage. I can measure the battery's voltage when it is plugged in , but no increase when power... -
Re: Toshiba 32W1343DG No Backlights, Flashlight Test OK, TV is already broken
still how this think works confuses me...
I used only a 82 ohm resistor 1 watt and it burned at once!
I used a 47 ohm resistor, still hot and no dimming!
i used a 22 Ohm resistor and it is warm and dimming not working so good...
supposed that the biggest the resistor the less the current...
Driver led and pwm too confused...Leave a comment:

Re: Philips 221TE4L flashing screen
The correct schematic for the logic board is from Chassis TPM8.2E (Second attached 10.43MB).
May the U409 have the same problems? (page 52)Leave a comment:

Re: Philips 221TE4L flashing screen
Also... the tv doesn't start neither with the on/off button nor with IR remote...
It starts only when you plug it with the ac cable.
on/off button uses signal ADIN2_SRV (page 52) which goes directly to MT5366 (pin 145 - page 51).
Does MT5366 uses this signal to produce OPWRSB for power on? (page 49)
OPWRSB must be low.
There is no change when tv is in standby mode and the on/off button is pressed...Leave a comment:

Re: Philips 221TE4L flashing screen
there is a mess with the schematics...
The TV model is 221TE4L however the correct PCB layout is on page 48 for 231TE4L...
So there is no IC904, but instead there is the IC801... not easy to find some datasheet for it...Leave a comment:
