i haver acer 5733 (la6582p) it came to me with over heating
i clean it change thermal paste change heatsink and fan but still shut down replacerd cpu capacitor and thermal ic still the same work without power press the same change processor and ram but still nothing change i/o nothing new install hard ware monitor cpu thermal betwin 45"/47" any one can help plz

i had almost same problem in one Acer laptop
i have try everything changed and same problem
and the problem was on lcd cable which connect to board
i have changed and fixed problem
so my advice its worth try to change lcd cable

i'm working with mainboard outside and connected to ext monitor without lcd cable

dissconect lcd cable from board and try in ext monitor and wait for more 5 mins and see what happens
and let me know results

Dc all wires only power wire lcd and usb all disconnect then power on and leave it if it last 10min then work your way in?

Ever tried to test it open cased with no cables attached ?
You can run a pcmark test that way and let us know

To me, it sound like me region issue. I have posted official bios for this model in this forum which you can find out by using "search". Give it a try and hopefully it might get resolved.

I work in computer store, when people bring us acer for repair we always try to recycle them (as in; put them in garbage). I suggest you do the same.

I dont agree dear. I have repaired hundred's of acer and most of the times they are repairable.
