acer 5733 shutdown after 5 minutes

i haver acer 5733 (la6582p) it came to me with over heating
i clean it change thermal paste change heatsink and fan but still shut down replacerd cpu capacitor and thermal ic still the same work without power press the same change processor and ram but still nothing install hard ware monitor cpu thermal betwin 45"/47" any one can help plz

check ati chip if it be hot you can make Uma enabled
