I have the same motherboard, PEW71 LA-6582P Rev. 1.0
I received it from a customer to replace another plate that did not work, this according to the seller was good.
I connected it outside the chassis, with external monitor (My monitor indicates, VGA Cable Disconnected), weird this.
I turn on the board and turn on the led of the ignition button and the "LED1", the fan cooler turns on, but I do not have an image, the board stays on like this until I turn it off manually.
I connected the LCD of the board and the same case, there is no image, Leds of the external USB keyboard, it does not turn on (Lock Mayus, Num Lock). When pressing these keys there is no answer.
I was checking with the diagram of this square and the main tensions are fine. except for the voltage in Q17 that goes to the LCD connector, this signal is not activated.
Revice activity in the BIOS chip, I have data flow in the BIOS U31 of the EC Chip, but in the BIOS U18, all the pins are in high 3.3vdc. (CK, MISO, MOSI) and there is no data flow ..
The U4 chip has its tensions of 1.0vdc and 3.3vdc but nothing more.
What else can I check to see if it is a failure of the PCH.
Note: I suggest modifying the title of the topic, for something more explanatory of the case. Example. ACER PEW17 does not start
