    packardbell mz36 touchpad failing

Hi everyone!have an packardbell mz36 and i was update windows 10 on it,version 1083.when finish and has to restart the touchpad start flickering and moving very fast on a small area without let me to do anything with it.
i was use an usb mouse to restart the laptop and complete the update.when finish the touchpad is not working properly, sometime is not moving, sometime is moving very slow with a lot of sensitivity.
Try:roll back windows 10,update bios, change cmos baterry, dissasembly an clean it,install windows 7 and vista, unninstall driver ,disable then enable, reset bios to factory settings, install synaptics driver....
i can“t imagine how during an update it was happend someting like this.
    Any idea?
    Thanks.

i arleady try that. also look for the irql to see if there is any confilict, disable fast startup feature of windows 10,press the power button for 30 seconds, try almost everything,my worse scenario is that it could be failing at hardware level. But still wonder how this coud be possible due to an update of windows 10.very frustrating indeed.one more thing, when i press the power button for a while the bios checksum shows a mouse initialized error message.
      Thanks.

Have a look at the touchpad ribbon cable ,it might just need reseating, and check for corrosion/liquid damage. Oh, and i`m sure you`ve tried the FN key to enable/disable touchpad

done that.no luck, guess i am dealing with a defective touchpad or motherboard.
wonder if apci has something to do in this scenario.
well, windows update was a bad idea in this case.
                Many thanks.

                  Re: packardbell mz36 touchpad failing

Boot from a Linux live disc to remove any doubt it being a driver issue.
