Bios Posted by ala borbe is virgin bios from lenovo official and i dont see anything wrong with the bios.

Is there only 1 bios of 4mb or there is another bios(EC)?? It might be EC bios issue.

when i flashed the bios with alaborbe file it cannot turn on lights blinking i already flashed the ec still the same problem when you i checked the original dump with hex editor it shows id like this 4ACN33WW

alson i noticed when i plugged in the charger there is no 3.3v on main bios pin 8 but present on EC chip on pin 8 the 3.3v will be present on main if i pressed the power button goes off and automatically turns on at fan at full speed but no display.

when you download 4ACN33WW and extract it you get 4ACN38WA, 4ACN38WD 4ACN38WE

if none of those work the problem is elsewhere

but with original bios the laptop turns on and fan spin at full speed but with the one uploaded above it turns on then of and blinks
