820-2327-a long beep on startup and black screen

Hi
i have this macbook pro:

- 1 beep on startup and black screen

- sometimes it boot without problem

i try to replace ram and hdd without luck

can someone help me?

you should do a number of tests and discover more symptoms. is any IC hot on the board? when does it boot normally?

there isn't any hot ic.
After black screen it boots normally when i wait

in fact:
- sometimes it do a long beep and black screen
- sometimes only black screen
- sometimes after black screen it boot from drive normally
- sometimes after black screen nothing happen but fan continue spins
