The laptop had usbc connector desoldered and I fixed it. But still no power and not charging. The voltage in stays at 5v and not switch to 15v.

i have these problems:
- when plugged power supply, the laptop's orange led starts blinking
- the battery won't charge
- the voltages on the battery contacts without the battery plugges are around 3 volts
- the laptop is working good but it won't see the audio device
someone has same experience?

- sometimes it do a long beep and black screen
- sometimes only black screen
- sometimes after black screen it boot from drive normally

do you think i need to reball/replace smc?
