A1502 EMC2835 OSX Installation stuck

Model: A1502 EMC 2835
Serial: C02Q8Y16FVH3

Problem: Cannot install MacOSX High Sierra, Sierra etc., stuck in apple logo with progress bar.
Windows 10 setup continues without any issue.

Reset NVRAM - no effect
Cleaned MEI - no effect
Reflash another clean dump - no effect

Attached dump, so somebody could look into it.

is the hdd ok? take it out and test in in pc with hirens boot (hdat2, mhdd, hddregenerato or whatever)
maybe it has bad sectors

few times i had problem with mac installation, like error in formatting or copying setup files and at all times it was fucking hdd cable (little flex shit connection hdd and logic board)

older models had that problem

I checked anouther hdd but same. btw it's 128gb ssd inside.
