ACER Travelmate B116 Series No Power

Hi everyone! Can anyone please help me about my Acer Travelmate B116 series with no power issue... I already reset the laptop but no result, removed the battery for a couple of minutes reinsert and put on the AC adaptor but same result. I have 19V in the mother board, 3.3V at the power button but no 3.3V at Main Bios and EC Bios Chip. Can you guys help me or provide me bios dump for the Main Bios and EC Chip, maybe this will solve the problem... Thanks guys in advanced!

Main+EC-both
