Sony VPCSE turns off instantly after turning on

Hi guys, I have an Sony VPCSE (1E1E) that turns off right after it displays the bios logo.
It turns on, displays the BIOS logo, and than simply shuts it self off. Same result every time you try to turn it on, even when you hold the button or close the lid. This was first noticed on battery. Same thing happens on charger and on charger with out battery, as well as with out hard disk. Sounds like it is having Intel ME region issues.

Laptop doesn´t do this always, but when it does happen you cant turn it on.
Thermal paste was replaced and BIOS was updated. The laptop is generally in a very good shape (internally).

Also I can´t seem to get the graphics switch to work properly.

    Can you please help?

it could be a bad southbridge, not intel me region. what southbridge it has ? is is nb+sb or just the intel small chip? if so intel chip could need to be reballed (not reflow, that will not work)

I think it has something to do with some sort of software because this started happening after I used AMD clean uninstall utility to remove all AMD software from the computer , as it stopped returning the HD6630 GPU back into function (And into device manager) , when i flipped the switch back from Stamina to Speed (Intel to AMD). I did this yesterday at night and when I got to it in the morning it started happening.

This also happened before two times but it started working on its own again. I know it is not the switches as it happened once more when i started the computer VIA jumper and without the buttons and keyboard.

Chipset is intel HM67 , CPU is Intel Core i5-2450 , GPU is HD6630M w/1GB.
Bios has been updated VIA Sony update tool.

I also had issues with the Renesas uDP720200AF1 USB 3.0 firmware I had to take out firmware from an similar laptop - VPCSB1A9E.

u think is software, but without hard disk wich software should cause this ? no sense

as i said or bad sb, bios, nb , ram, power circuit (check if first 2 mosfet of dc in circuit get the right gate value and if they get hot.
