@petehall347 This is in no way harmful and the "safety feature" can be disabled to install this package, although I don't know how because I don't even know where it comes from. What is the distribution you're using?
The control file for the Debian package is generated by CPack, this is caused by an older version of CMake used on Travis.
Furthermore, the safety check doesnt make sense, why a 664 permission on the control file be harmful is beyond me…
Still I may come with a workaround in the future. (like using at least CMake 3.3 on Travis)

i trust its judgement .. well i have to as i dont know any better .
i could have clicked install anyway but i dont understand the risks .
