Si4456DY (N-Channel 40-V MOSFET)-You can try this mosfet. Though AON7200 is 30v mosfet and 4456 is 40v, it shouldnt matter as the replacement is of higher capacity. Chech datasheets of both to be sure. But i'm rather hopeful, this will work.
