Segate laptop hdd password locked

Hy all friends , I have a segate 500 gb hdd...which have locked on bios .....
I connect hard disk with usb but the hdd cannot detect ..........
I have flash its bios but no hardisk bios file

Hdd model : ST500LT012
Firmware : 0001SDM1

Hopefully any one can help me in a big forummmmmm

can someone tell me hard disk password here is dump from hard disk firmware attched
it is Toshiba MQ01ABD064
