Dell 3521 LA9104p.No power

19v ok.3.3v and 5v not present.i have replaced pu200(3v 5v regulator)but same problem.19v is ok in pu200.plz help

i have the same problem...
i found 19v, +5VALW, +3.3VALW, +5VS on mosfet QZ1, +3VS on mosfet QZ7 and i dont found the +3V_PCH...any help
