Samsung Np300e7a only powers with battery

Hi there,
i got here this samsung that only turns ON with the battery.
It doesn't charge and also it doesn't turn ON with the psu
Motherboard : SCALA3-17 REV 1.3 BA41-07150A HST
Can't find any schematics

Please help guys

I use a lab Psu, the same that i used to charge the battery on another Samsung.
Voltages are low, on 3.3V i have 2.6V
can anyone post schematics or boardview ?

Wierd, i was able to boot with the charger and without battery.
Rebooted fine, started to clean and defrag and it shut off.
I still can turn it on, but i have a black screen ...
What a hell

check gfx voltage first. Most probably the board has internal damage.

Reflowed pch and swapped ram, pc is working ...

Well, this is a real case, if i try to re install windows, it's impssible, i got a reboot loop.
I guess that i have a problem on the psu line.
Please, anyone with with the schematics ?
