Hi, this is my firs post on forum 
I'm troubleshooting toshiba l850, i won't start, it's totally dead.
In main input circuit is this I THINK transistor, but it reads out as shorted, all pins. It's driving n mosfet, and when this thing is on board transistor next to it is shorted in drain source and reverse.
So, I'm planning to replace it for starters, but i don't know what specs are.. Can someone help?

Think it's Fairchild, googled, but I can't find datasheet anywhere.
